Prohibited matter

At CandyLand, the following acts are prohibited so that everyone can enjoy using the site with peace of mind.

•Taking photos and videos of maids other than commemorative photos
When taking pictures of meals and drinks, please be careful not to show other masters or young ladies.

•Acts of touching staff

•Act of asking staff for contact information
Contact information, game IDs, etc. cannot be exchanged with staff.
The act of asking for contact information or directly giving your contact information is prohibited.
Please refrain from excessively provoking responses to messages on Twitter or Instagram.
If it is discovered that you have exchanged contact information or interacted with staff in private, you will be prohibited from entering or exiting the store in the future.

•Smoking at your seat
Please use cigarettes or electronic cigarettes only in designated smoking areas.

•About gifts for maids
The following items cannot be accepted
•Items with a price of 3,000 yen or more (excluding items sold in stores)
※The maximum value that can be given as a gift per entry is 3,000 yen.
※Items with a list price of 3,000 yen or more cannot be accepted even if purchased at a discount or sale.

⚫︎equivalent to cash
※Gold certificates, commemorative coins, discount tickets, coupons, Quo cards, other gift certificates, etc.
•There are other cases in which we may not accept your request based on on-the-spot judgment.
⚫︎Objects or letters containing personal information

※The store manager will check the gift/letter and if it falls under the above conditions, it will be returned or destroyed on the spot.

•If we determine that you are extremely intoxicated and unable to communicate, we may refuse entry.

•Standing around or causing a nuisance to other masters or young ladies.

•Behavior that the staff dislikes
If there is no improvement even after careful attention, you may be asked to leave the store.

•Bringing in dangerous goods

If no improvement is seen even after repeating the prohibited items or paying attention to them, you will be prohibited from entering or exiting the store in the future.
